Q: Will CorporateKate replace my existing telephone system or phone lines?
A: If you have an existing telephone system there is a good chance that CorporateKate can work with your existing system to make it voice activated and mobile allowing your employees to leave their office and be contacted. If you do not have a telephone system and are currently shopping for one, CorporateKate can do more than most systems available.

Q: Will CorporateKate work if I have a receptionist?
A: Yes. In fact, not only will CorporateKate transfer calls to your receptionist, but if they are out of the office, Kate will function as your receptionist.

Q: What is a “mailbox”?
A: Each CorporateKate account comes with a user-selected number of “mailboxes”. These mailboxes are each fully-functioning “personal Kate” numbers. (please see our personal website at www.phonekate.com) Each mailbox has its own toll-free number.

Q: Does someone have to call the CorporateKate number to reach an employee?
A: No, this is the beauty of the system. A CorporateKate number is a toll-free number answered in the company name. Each employee/department can have a “mailbox”. A mailbox can be connected by voice/touchtone through the CorporateKate number or by calling it directly on its own toll-free number.

Q: Can I signup for CorporateKate online?
A: Not at the current time. Although CorporateKate is simple to use, we understand that it can be a complicated process to get exactly what you want. With that in mind, we ask that you fill out the online application. A customer service representative will contact you with a pricing structure and setup explanation to make sure you are satisfied.

A: Currently we accept all major credit cards. Our billing system is being improved to accept direct deposit and invoicing. Users will be notified when these options become available.
