Let Kate keep all of your contact records... names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses. And don't worry about having to re-enter all of your information because with a click of a mouse you can instantly load up to 2000 contacts from almost any Personal Information Manager.

Voice Dialing
Forget the address book and palmtop! Kate is all you need to stay in touch with anyone on your contact list. Just say a person's name or telephone number and Kate does the rest.

Conference Calls
Set up and visually control up to 32 different people on the same conference call, right from your very own CommuniKate website. You can even add contacts in the middle of a conference call with the simple click of your mouse. And when you're away from your computer, Kate can set up and manage your conference calls for you.

Send a Message

Transfer Calls
Whether working or playing, just tell Kate where you plan to be and she'll transfer all your calls there until you tell her otherwise.

Screen Calls
Do you want to receive important calls and not to be disturbed by the ones that can probably wait until later? Kate will announce the name of each caller and you can then choose to take the call, forward the call to another number or simply have Kate politely take a message.

Call Blast
When you absolutely have to be reached at the earliest possible opportunity, instruct Kate to "blast" you, simultaneously ringing up to four phones where you're apt to be reached. When you answer, the other lines are abandoned.

Call Waiting
No one likes to put someone on hold while you check the other line, but you also don't want to miss the big call you've been waiting for. Unlike conventional call waiting, Kate can actually "whisper" the caller's name for only you to hear. Follow Me

With the sound of your voice, you can have Kate forward an e-mail message to any e-mail address. If you need to see a hard copy of an important e-mail, just ask Kate to forward it to a nearby fax machine and you'll have it in your hand within seconds!
